For the neutral spawn location near Castle Panteer you need the MGGS (buy it from the vendor located at 1867, 1088 south of Tarlarn Outpost in Alderaan). Dont worry dude you were not the only one to were screwed my friend on WoW was waiting for the bear on northrend to show up and when it did a troll came by to capture it and since i was an nelf i kill it to wait for my friend to come by he gave us a hard time for it but we got him to get away and stop messing with us good thing my friend got the bear…
yeah some douschebag named kalandra on the vornskr server came on right beore it spawned while me and a buddy had been waiting 7 hours for it to spawn, pisses me off so bad
